Sensei’s Transformetrics application module provides single-dashboard access to all of the instrumentation data collected by the MasterMind platform from any number of sensors and IED’s deployed on a transformer.

The display depicted below presents historical time-series data for DGA readings superimposed with analytic results from two competing algorithms – Duval Triangle and Rogers Ratios. Duval results are depicted as blue markers and Rogers in green, with result codes in the marker.  Any number of algorithms may be configured to operate on the sample data and compare the results.

Over time, the reliability of different algorithms may be discovered and factored in to the condition assessment process. This has the effect of significantly reducing the likelihood of an unnecessary service interruption, while increasing the likelihood of a valid detection in time to take preventative measures.

A wide variety of sensors and devices are supported including Kelman/GE, Serveron, Morgan-Schaeffer, Mistras, Weidmann and Doble. Out-of-the-box support for Duval Triangle and Rogers Ratios is provided, and may be supplemented by any number of algorithms available from IEEE and other professional engineering organizations. Or, write and deploy your own.
